 Ya tenía este collar por casa, que lo compré en Mango hace 5-6 años, de echo recuerdo que alguno de mis amigos me preguntó en su día si le había robado la cadena al perro ;)

 I had this necklace at home, I bought it in Mango 5-6 years ago, in fact I remember that one of my friends asked me at the time if I had stolen the dog chain ;)

Hace tiempo que comparo los blogs con el portal de un edificio:

En un portal pasan personas de todo tipo de edades y sexos, cada uno de su padre y de su madre, al igual que en un blog.

En los portales hay ciertas normas (no escritas) de educación, como saludar, ayudar a la gente con su compra etc...

Cada uno tendrá un blog-casa más grande, vivirán solos o acompañados, pasarán mucho tiempo en su blog-casa o no  y serán más ordenados o menos.

En mi casa, me encanta que cuando alguien me visita, me diga como se llama y donde vive, en el blog, exactamente lo mismo,  cuando alguien me comenta, me gusta que me diga de donde viene, es decir, cual es su blog, para poder visitarlo también, y si me gusta, volver.

Por eso estoy a favor de las firmas en comentarios con enlaces directos, 

por que me facilitan el poder visitar a la persona, con un click, ya estoy en su casa. 

Para poder hacer esto al final de vuestro comentario tenéis que poner

In my house, I love it when someone visits me,that they tell me what it's called and where they live, in the blog, exactly the same, when someone posts a comment, I like to tell me where it comes from,  to visit the blog, and if I like, return again.

So I am in favor of sign with direct links in comments,

because is easier  to visit the person, with a click, I'm at the blog.

In order to do this at the end of your comment you have to put

DIY COLABORADOR CON 2ND FUNNIEST THING

Hace poco que Marta del blog 2ND FUNNIEST THING decidió ceder parte de su espacio para que personas como yo pudiésemos colaborar con ella.

Al verlo pensé "tengo que mandarle alguna cosilla" pero no fue hasta que puse en marcha su famosa técnica plastidecor, cuando supe que era lo que tenía que mandarle.

TIP: TIDY MEN'S CLOSET

Hace tiempo os puse un pequeño truco para tener el armario ordenado (AQUÍ), y hoy os traigo varios trucos para ayudar a que vuestro novio-marido-hijo-amante..... tenga el armario ordenado y sobre todo, lo conserve así en el tiempo!

INNER WEDGE BOOTS DIY

Ganar unos centímetros de altura sin que se note es posible.

El año pasado los sneakers con cuña interior fueron todo un éxito, sobre todo los de Isabel Marant, este año vienen pisando fuerte las cuñas interiores invisibles en botas y botines.

El año pasado hice un DIY transformando unos sneakers normales en unos con cuña interior (AQUI)

Esta temporada el turno le toca a mis botines!

PLAID CLUTH DIY

El año LV sacó en uno de sus desfiles una bolsa de cuadros, la típica de hacer la mudanza y que vale 1€ en cualquier sitio, eso si, con su logo, por lo que seguramente su valor fuese más alto, en ese momento pensé en hacer algún DIY pero entre una cosa y otra, se me pasó.

Pero cuando vi en fotos de Street style la coleción de Cèline, me lancé a por ello, de echo, me puse a buscar en casa y tenía una bolsa y un bies que le iba a la perfección, así que con ayuda de mi madre, nos pusimos a hacerlo.

Cuando ya todas nos habíamos acostumbrado a las mechas californianas o dip dye, aparece una nueva tendencia, splashlights, básicamente consiste en decolorarse un raya gruesa en el pelo, como si pareciese que la la luz está reflejando en tu cabello

FABRIC BRANCHES DIY

Paseando por la calle,  descubrí una tienda que tenía en la decoración unas ramas forradas con tela, y me encantó!

Así que decidí reproducir el DIY para mi casa, como veis, el resultado es precioso y aparte de sencillo es muy barato.

Walking down the street, I found a shop that had some branches with fabric on the showcase, and loved it!

Con un poco de alambre y una abalorio bonito se puede hacer un anillo así de vistoso. 

Es un DIY muy sencillo que se hace en 5 minutos!

*SPORT BRA* *SUJETADOR DEPORTIVO*

Este año tiendas como Mango y Oysho han visto el filón que tiene la ropa deportiva y han creado ropa específica y de buena calidad.

Este post va dedicado al gran olvidado, el sujetador deportivo.

A menudo,  me encuentro chicas haciendo deporte, con una pantalones buenos,  camisetas buenas, calzado bueno y con un sujetador de calle, incluso alguna lo lleva con push up!

El pecho de la mujer está formado por tejidos grasos con escasa sujeción, y con el tiempo, esas fibras pierden firmeza, haciendo que el pecho se descuelgue. Cada deporte necesita un tipo de sujeción, no es lo mismo hacer pilates que correr, pero en los dos casos, el tejido de tu sujetador debe ser transpirable.

Hay chicas que me han comentado que no utilizan sujetador deportivo por que tienen poco pecho, el pecho pequeño también se puede descolgar.

La utilización de un sujetador normal provoca una mala transpiración y por consiguiente, la aparición de rozaduras.

Es importante escoger bien el tamaño del sujetador, tiene que quedarte como un guante y personalmente, recomiendo que tengan la espalda cruzada o de nadador.

Hace unos años, los sujetadores deportivos eran muy caros, a día de hoy los encontramos de buena calidad y bien de precio (si pincháis en las fotos os dirige a la web)

Often, I find women playing sports, with a good pants,  good t-shirts , good shoes and with a  simple bra, even some women wear some  bra with push up !

The female breast is composed of fatty tissue with little subjection, and over time, these fibers lose strength, causing sagging chest. Every sport needs a clamping type,  is not the same to pilates or running, but in both cases the tissue in your bra should be breathable.

There are girls who have told me that they don´t use sports bra because they have small breasts, small breasts can also fall.

The use of a normal bra causes poor breathability and therefore the occurrence of chafing.

It is important to choose the right bra size, It must get along  and I personally recommend having the cross back  .

Espero que os sirva mi consejo, yo no he estudiado INEF, pero llevo toda la vida haciendo deporte, y la mayoría deporte de impacto como correr, baloncesto, padel,...... siempre he utilizado sujetador deportivo y al menos hoy por hoy, lo tengo todo en su sitio :)

Siempre me han gustado las pegatinas personalizadas y desde que era pequeña las he hecho con esta técnica (que aprendí en el colegio)

Hay empresas que hacen pegatinas personalizadas pero mi opción DIY  es mucho más barata 

Por cierto, ¿os gusta el cambio de look del blog? ya estaba aburrida del rosa y al hacer esta pegatina lo vi claro, el blog necesitaba más madera!

THE FESTIVAL BRACELET DIY

Los restos de mis anteriores DIY siempre me dan mucho juego, la cuerda es del este collar y los abalorios me sobraron de la diadema metálica.

Hace un mes ( mas o menos) que la hice y me la he puesto muchísimo y este otoño vienen los colores vivos, así que seguro la seguiré usando!

The remains of my previous DIYs I always get a lot of play, this rope is from this necklace and  the beads are from this metal headband.

A month ago (more or less) I did it and I've put a lot this summer,  this fall the colors come alive, so I'm sure the keep using!

PEN DIY

¡Hola de nuevo!

¿que tal todo? espero que volváis con las pilas bien cargadas por que aunque mis vacaciones han sido cortas, las he aprovechado al máximo y empiezo el nuevo curso diyer con muchas ideas. 

Tenía varios DIYs preparados pero este me venía como anillo al dedo, 

aparte de ser muy fácil (nivel pre amateur) es muy necesario.

Yo siempre he sido del boli bic de toda la vida, pero cuando lo ponías en una mesa, siempre había alguien que se adueñaba de él, por lo que con este DIY nadie podrá decir que el le pertenece :)

I have several DIYs prepared but this one came like a glove,

apart from being very easy (pre amateur level) is very necessary.

I  always love the classic bic pen, but when you You place it on a table, there was always someone who took possession of it, so with this DIY you will have your pen for a long time :)
